At all times, Stoneridge Covenant Church holds two commitments very close to heart: 1) Our call as Christians to worship God together in spirit and truth; and 2) Our active concern for the well-being of all people!
As the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Allegheny County slowly ease restrictions on the public, making corporate in-person worship more feasible, we intend to facilitate that with a continued concern for your health and safety. Beginning May 17, the following procedures will be in place for Sunday morning worship only:
In-Person worship services will resume on Sunday, May 17 at 10:30 am. There will be no Sunday school classes prior to the service, and no nursery/child care during the services. Children’s Sunday School will continue to meet virutally. Details to be sent to families.
We strongly urge senior citizens and other vulnerable persons to remain at home and listen to live worship online through our church Facebook page.
Sanctuary seating has been adjusted to facilitate appropriate social distancing during worship, and we ask all persons in attendance continue to wear face masks.
Our sanctuary, lobby, and restrooms will be deep cleaned prior to Sunday morning, in line with CDC guidelines.
There will be no additional in person group activities, Sunday school, or ministry events until Allegheny County is considered in the “Green Zone” by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
